 Andrew
Boyd is
a co-founder and principal partner of GovStat.
Prior to the
founding of GovStat in August of 2002, Mr. Boyd had his own IT
and security consulting business.
Mr. Boyd brings
his many years of experience in information technology, operations
and finance to GovStat. He has held positions as: Director of
IT for Genesant Technologies, Inc., a successful ASP provider;
Director of Operations for Caldwell & Gregory, a nationally recognized
Maytag Distributor specializing in computer-based College and
University commercial laundry systems; Controller of Atlantic
Educational Group, an educational software company that provides
curriculum to independent schools around the country; and a Senior
Auditor for Bank of New England, managing fraud investigations
and systems and process audits.
Mr. Boyd graduated
from Bates College in 1985 with a B.A. in English Literature.
He is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and a Microsoft Certified
Software Developer candidate
